Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine fame is ready for a break. And unlike singer Adele who said the same thing but still managed to release a new single (Skyfall), Florence seems to be a lot more serious about her hiatus from the music scene.

According to a report by The Evening Standard, Florence said that she is tired of touring and performing and would like instead to do, ‘normal things, like go to the supermarket and hang out with my friends.’ When she gets bored with ‘normal things’ Florence has plans to write a stage musical.
