Romance rumours were sparked when James Franco, 34, and Ashley Benson, 22, were spotted wandering around New York City together earlier this month. And then, they were seen holding hands in Los Angeles.

How did the two meet, you ask? They met on the set of their upcoming film, Spring Breakers. Yes, the one with Selena Gomez.
In fact, according to RadarOnline, Selena had helped the Pretty Little Liars' star get the role in the movie when Emma Roberts rejected the part.
But Selena's not happy with Ashley right now. You see, Ashley was dating Ryan Good, Justin Bieber's BFF, before she joined the cast. Then one day, Ashley was too busy to be with Ryan.
"Once the shoot wrapped, Ashley told Ryan they needed to 'slow down' and then booked a flight to New York City to go see James' art gallery showing," an insider told the website. "Selena is p***** off that she went out of her way to vouch for Ashley, only to have her dump Ryan. She got the role and she got the man, but she lost a good friend."
James, in the meantime, has responded with this comment in The Huffington Post:
"I hear that I've been dating Selena Gomez, Kristen Stewart and Ashley Benson. Hot damn, am I a lucky guy. I wish I had actually gotten closer than the 13th row of the theater in Toronto where Kristen gave her On the Road Q and A, but I didn't; not only did I not talk to her, I didn't even go to the SoHo house where I supposedly asked her out on a date. As for Gomez and Benson, those are Bieber's girls and I wouldn't dare tangle with the Biebs. I heard he wants to kick my ass. Yikes!"
