Aww, poor Adam Levine. The Maroon 5 frontman had no idea his girlfriend of two years Anne V was going to dump him. The Victoria's Secret model announced it to the world on 2 April even before she told Adam they were through!
Why did she do that? "Anne didn't want it to look like he broke up with her," a source told Us Weekly.
Adam, who was in Los Angeles when Anne broke up with him from New York, was completely heartbroken. "He wasn't even fully sure they were really broken up," the source spilled.
One of the reasons for the split is that Adam didn't pay enough attention to Anne. And more crucial, Adam didn't look like he was going to settle down anytime soon. "As a woman, you get to a point where you want to get married," the insider explained. "Adam wasn't ready to take that step." |
