Poor Susan Boyle! According to recent reports, she was reduced to tears when she found out that songwriter Lou Reed refused to let her sing one of his hits on America’s Got Talent.
She wanted to sing Perfect Day but the former lead singer for The Velvet Underground denied her permission because he isn’t a fan of hers! Susan was upset by the news and was unprepared to sing another song for the show so she went to the Los Angeles airport in tears to fly back to London instead.

On Sunday, Timbaland conveyed his apologies that he will not be able to make it for the Arthur’s Day concert here in Malaysia due to unforeseen circumstances.
So, at a press conference yesterday in Kuala Lumpur organised by Guinness, the final line-up was announced and they are Flo Rida, Sean Kingston, Colby O’Donis, Thaitanium, Pop Shuvit, Mizz Nina, Melisa Indot and DJ Fuzz.

Back in June, we reported that one of Britney’s bodyguards claims the singer sexually harassed him and he quit his job as a result. Now, he’s filed a lawsuit. Fernando Flores is seeking an undisclosed amount for being “humiliated and traumatized” by Britney.
In the suit, which was filed yesterday and obtained by TMZ, Fernando alleges that Britney “engaged in numerous sex acts” in front of him and “made repeated unwanted sexual advances”. He claims she sometimes called him over “for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked body or near-naked body”.
His lawyer also recounted one incident in detail: “She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by, intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals.” OMG, shocking stuff!
Anyway, the suit also alleges that Britney abused her kids, saying she “savagely hit” her son Preston with a belt and fed the boys crabmeat even though she was aware of their seafood allergies. Hopefully, at least the last bit about abuse isn’t true!
Lead singer and founder of 1990s boyband LFO Rich Cronin has died from leukemia. He was just 35 years old.
LFO, which is short for Lyte Funky Ones, were famous for their summery tunes Summer Girls and Girls On TV. LFO officially disbanded in 2002 and in 2005, Rich, who once dated Jennifer Love Hewitt, was diagnosed with leukemia.
A few years ago, Jeff Timmons, Bryan Abrams, Chris Kirkpatrick and Rich tried to start a new band and it was documented in VH1 reality series Mission: Man Band.

After the disappointing sales of Rated R, Rihanna is ready to get Loud... yes, that's the name of her upcoming album.
"I didn't want to go backward and remake Good Girl Gone Bad. I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna. I'm gonna miss the Rated R era too, but nothing compares to the album I just made."
The first single, Only Girl (In The World) has started to hit the airwaves and looks like it will be a smash hit for the singer. Can't wait to hear the rest of the album!
Korean idols ZE:A, who is currently on a promotional tour in Asia, is scheduled to visit Malaysia this month, according to their agency Star Empire Entertainment on Friday.
"The boys will hold fan meetings as holding small live concerts sometime in mid-September in Malaysia and Singapore," a PR official from Star Empire told 10Asia over the phone, adding that other activities will be announced on a later date.
The official also explained that the company is in the planning stages for the group's second Asia tour for next year and is aiming to visit seven countries including Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
ZE:A, which means "Children of Empire" in Korean, released their debut mini-album Nativity, featuring the title track Mazeltov, in early January. They revealed their repackaged album Leap For Detonation in April and recently promoted their single Level Up.

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie called on Tuesday for constant and long-term assistance for Pakistan to help it cope with its worst ever floods that have wreaked havoc on the impoverished country.
The disaster has killed more than 1,750 people, affected more than 18 million and inflicted nearly US$43 billion worth of damage to infrastructure and agriculture, the mainstay of the economy, since it began more than a month ago.
"It's extraordinarily complex situation," Angelina told reporters after visiting a camp in northwestern Pakistan housing thousands of refugees. "These are very, very long, extended situations that need our constant support for a very, very long time."
The Oscar-winning actress, a goodwill ambassador for the U.N. refugee agency, said she would encourage governments as well as individuals to help Pakistan ease the suffering.
Clad in a black shawl, the Hollywood star talked to displaced women and children as she walked through tents erected on the ruins of a camp set up about three decades ago for Afghan refugees.
